Jason attended his first Level 1 seminar in 2007, and has been a CrossFit enthusiast ever since. He has since completed Coach Burgener’s Olympic weightlifting course, CrossFit Endurance, POSE running with Dr. Romanov, and Kelly Starrets mobility course. He is a big proponent of mobility, nutrition/diet, and functional form. He says, “I have seen great athletes go down from shoulder and back injuries so I’m always stressing movements and proper execution to avoid injuries. In my job as a (now 20 year) Medic I have the privilege of working with Human Performance trainers, military athletes, sleep specialists (yes that matters), nutritionists, and some great minds alike. The only thing I like more than working out is talking about working out. My outlook is that everyone is an athlete, and our only competition is being better than we were yesterday.”
