Whether you’re looking to drop a few pounds, add a few years to your life, or make day to day tasks easier by getting physically fit- we have a program for you.

Beginner’s CrossFit

We do not have a specific class for beginners. However, all beginners are welcome. We work one on one with individuals just starting out until they feel confident enough to navigate the class on their own. If you’re looking for something more personal, personal training might be right for you.

CFGB Boot Camp

This is a class designed for the beginner and intermediate levels. It leaves out the heavy barbells and highly skilled gymnastic movements, but still delivers a great workout. Our coaches incorporate partner workouts, fun warm-ups, and exercise to get your heart rate up and tone your muscles. This is a great class to have fun with, or push the intensity on your cardio.

CrossFit

CrossFit Gulf Breeze programming is suitable for all ages and physical conditions. Anybody that has a body can be an athlete at CrossFit Gulf Breeze. The philosophy behind CrossFit training is an all inclusive lifestyle change.

CrossFit is based on a team/group workout environment. Very different from the commercial gyms; there are very few open gym times and almost no traditional machines. The complete program is based around maintaining a low Athlete to Coach ratio so our Coaches can work closely with each Athlete. This is our regular day to day class and will be instructed by a certified level 1 CrossFit Trainer.
